More than a supplier of workers
Serbia's labour market has changed. In construction, hospitality, production, agriculture and care, the constraint on growth is no longer demand - it is finding enough reliable people, legally employed, who stay. Employers are spending time on recruitment and paperwork that they would much rather spend on their business.

The “Plus” is deliberate. Plenty of agencies will send you CVs. Registered, licensed and auditable
Employment mediation and staff leasing in Serbia are regulated activities. An agency operating without the correct licence exposes its clients as much as itself - and the exposure lands on the employer, not the agency.
Kadrona Plus d.o.o. is registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency and operates under the Labour Law and the regulations governing employment agencies. We provide our registration and licence documents on request, before any contract is signed.
