Serbia is our home market. When it cannot supply the people a client needs, we recruit abroad through partners we have checked - and we handle the permit route ourselves.

The great majority of our placements are with employers in Serbia, under Serbian employment contracts.
Serbia
Our home market. Domestic recruitment, staff leasing, payroll and Employer of Record across every region - Belgrade, Vojvodina, Šumadija and the south.
European Union
Selected placements with EU employers where the role, the permit route and the conditions are all genuinely in order. We do not place into arrangements we cannot verify.
Sourcing markets
When a role cannot be filled domestically within a reasonable time, these are the markets we recruit from. In every case the candidate is screened before travel and the permit route is confirmed before anyone is asked to commit.
Serbia & the region
Domestic candidates and workers from neighbouring countries, where mobility is simplest and lead times are shortest.
Nepal
Construction, hospitality and production. Established screening partners and a well-understood permit route.
India
Skilled trades, production and technical roles, including candidates with English at a working level.
Philippines
Hospitality, care and customer-facing roles, typically with strong English.
Bangladesh
General labour, production and construction support roles.
Sri Lanka
Hospitality, cleaning and production, often with prior experience abroad.

From vacancy to arrival
Every international placement passes through the same four stages. We tell you at the start how long each is likely to take for your particular case.
Role & market check
The vacancy is defined and registered domestically first, as the rules require, while sourcing begins abroad.
Screening abroad
Skills, documents, certificates and language are verified in the source country - before anyone books a flight.
Visa & permits
We prepare and submit the work permit and residence file, and the entry visa where one is needed.
Arrival & settling in
Reception on arrival, residence registration, accommodation and induction - with someone reachable if anything goes wrong.
