Staff Leasing & Temporary Staffing
A flexible, fully-administered workforce you can scale up or down.
Who this is for
Under a staff leasing arrangement Kadrona Plus is the legal employer. We hold the employment contract, run the payroll, pay the contributions, manage leave and absence, and carry the administrative burden. The worker performs their duties at your site, under your operational direction.
It is the right answer when demand genuinely moves - seasonal peaks, a large order, a project with an end date - or when you need people faster than your own hiring process can deliver them. It is also useful when headcount is capped but the work still has to be done.
It is the wrong answer for core, permanent roles where you want long-term loyalty and deep company knowledge. We will tell you when that is the case, even though direct recruitment earns us less.

The process, step by step
Define the need
Roles, headcount, shift pattern, duration and location. We quote an hourly or monthly rate per role, in writing.
Recruit & register
We source and select the workers, then employ and register them properly before anyone starts.
Deployment
Workers report to your site and work under your direction. Safety training and documentation are done before day one.
Run & adjust
We handle payroll, absence and replacements. You scale the team up or down within the agreed notice.
What you get that you would not elsewhere
Flexibility that is actually flexible
Scale the team to the work in front of you. Notice periods and replacement terms are written down, so there are no arguments when you need to change.
One invoice, no payroll run
No contracts to draft, no contributions to calculate, no absence records to keep. One monthly invoice covers the lot.
Compliance sits with us
Workers are genuinely employed and genuinely registered, with contributions actually paid. You can inspect the evidence at any time.
Speed when you need it
For common production, warehouse and hospitality roles we can usually have screened people on site far faster than a direct hiring cycle.

Frequently asked
Kadrona Plus. We hold the employment contract, pay the wage and the contributions, and handle the employment administration. You direct the work day to day and are responsible for site safety conditions, which is set out clearly in the service contract.
Replacement timescales are agreed in the contract and depend on the role. For common production, warehouse and hospitality positions it is typically a few working days. For specialist roles it takes longer, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Yes, and many clients plan for exactly that. The terms - including the minimum period - are agreed at the start so there are no surprises when you decide to make someone permanent.
They should be treated consistently on site - same safety standards, same facilities, same basic respect. We ask clients to commit to that, and it is in everyone's interest: leased workers who feel like second-class staff do not stay.
