Hiring through Kadrona Plus

Four stages: briefing and agreement, sourcing and selection, legal and permits, then onboarding. For domestic roles where we hold a candidate pool, a shortlist usually takes a few working days and a start date follows within two to four weeks. Where work permits are involved, plan in months rather than weeks. We commit to a specific timeline for your roles at the briefing stage and tell you promptly if anything changes.

Define the role honestly, sign documents promptly, provide safe working conditions and be realistic about accommodation where it is relevant. With recruitment you become the employer and take on the usual obligations. With staff leasing or Employer of Record we are the legal employer, and you direct the work day to day while site safety conditions remain yours.

The domestic labour market gets first refusal, so the vacancy is registered and held open for a defined period. In parallel we source and screen abroad. Then comes the work permit application, the residence permit and, depending on nationality, an entry visa. After arrival there is a short window for residence registration. We handle all of it; you sign and provide the workplace.

Yes. Kadrona Plus d.o.o. is registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency and operates under the Labour Law and the regulations governing employment agencies. We provide our registration and licence documents on request, before you sign anything.

Recruitment placements carry a replacement guarantee period written into the contract. If the person leaves or is dismissed within it, we run the search again. For leased workers, replacement timescales are also written into the contract rather than left to goodwill.

Both. A single specialist hire is a normal engagement. Volume recruitment for a whole shift or site is handled the same way with a larger team on the search.

Yes. We recruit and place across Serbia - Vojvodina, Šumadija, the south and the coastal and mountain tourism regions. Where a site is hard to reach we plan transport or accommodation into the placement rather than discovering the problem in week two.

Looking for work

Browse the job board and apply to a specific vacancy, or send us your details through the apply page and we will contact you when something suitable opens.

You will be told the pay, hours, shift pattern, location, accommodation arrangements and contract type in writing before you commit to anything. Employment is registered properly with contributions genuinely paid, which protects your health cover and your pension. You get a named contact you can call if something is wrong after you start.

Apply anyway. Fill in what you can on the form - your trade, your experience, your certificates and languages - and we will call you about the rest. A missing CV has never stopped us considering somebody.

We read every application. If there is a match for a current vacancy we normally call within a few working days. If there is not, we keep your details on file - with your consent - and contact you when something suitable comes up. We would rather tell you honestly that there is nothing right now than leave you waiting.

Apply the same way. If you are selected, we handle the work permit and residence process, tell you honestly how long it will take, and explain what documents you need to prepare. Never send your original passport to anyone - certified copies are what the process needs.

No. Your CV goes to an employer only once you have agreed to that specific role. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by writing to us.

It depends on the role. Some placements are direct employment with the client company. Others are staff leasing, where Kadrona Plus is your legal employer and you work at the client site. Seasonal roles use fixed-term contracts. Whichever applies, you will be told which one it is and what it means before you sign.

For many roles, particularly seasonal and international placements, accommodation is arranged or supported as part of the package. Where it is, the details are stated in writing before you accept - not described vaguely and settled later.
