International Workforce & Work Permits

Qualified workers from abroad, with visas and permits handled end to end.

What it is

Who this is for

When a role cannot be filled from the domestic market within a reasonable time, recruiting abroad becomes the practical answer. In construction, hospitality, production and agriculture that is now routine rather than exceptional.

We run the whole route: sourcing and screening in the source country, the domestic labour market check that Serbian rules require, the work permit and residence file, the entry visa where one is needed, and the arrival itself - reception, registration, accommodation guidance and induction.

The part employers most want handed over is the documentation, and rightly so. It is detailed, it has to be internally consistent across every form, and a single mismatch between a contract and an application sends the file back to the beginning.

How it works

The process, step by step

1

Role & market check

The vacancy is defined and registered domestically as the rules require, while sourcing starts abroad in parallel.

2

Screening abroad

Skills, documents, certificates and language verified in the source country - before anyone books a flight.

3

Permits & visa

We prepare and submit the work permit and residence file, and the entry visa where one is needed.

4

Arrival & onboarding

Reception, residence registration, accommodation and induction, with someone reachable if anything goes wrong.

Why Kadrona Plus

What you get that you would not elsewhere

The whole file, not part of it

Labour market check, permit, residence, visa and contract are prepared as one consistent set. Inconsistency between documents is the most common cause of delay, and it is avoidable.

Honest timelines

Anyone quoting a single figure without asking about nationality, role and season is guessing. We give you a realistic range up front and tell you promptly if it changes.

Screened before travel

Skills and documents are verified in the source country. Discovering a problem after someone has flown is expensive for you and devastating for them.

Arrival handled properly

Most international placements that fail do so in the first three weeks, not over paperwork. Reception, accommodation and induction get the same attention as the permit file.

Questions

Frequently asked

It depends on the candidate's nationality, the role and the time of year. The labour market check, the permit decision and - where needed - the visa each carry their own lead time and only partly overlap. Plan in months rather than weeks. We give you a realistic range for your specific case at the start, in writing.

Define the role honestly, sign the documents we prepare, provide the workplace and safety conditions, and be realistic about accommodation. We handle the applications, the correspondence and the registrations. You will need to be available to sign things promptly - that is usually the biggest thing within your control.

Primarily Serbia and the region first, then partner markets including Nepal, India, the Philippines, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The right market depends on the role, the language requirement and current permit conditions. See our Countries page for the current picture.

This is agreed in the contract before anything starts and varies by arrangement, so both sides know where they stand before anyone travels.

It is uncommon when the file is prepared properly, but it happens. We tell you immediately, explain the stated reason, and set out the options - appeal, resubmission with corrected documentation, or a different candidate. How that situation is handled is written into the contract up front.

It varies by market and by role, and we state the honest level rather than an optimistic one. Where a role genuinely needs language, we test for it before shortlisting. Where it does not, we help you plan for the practical realities - written instructions, pictorial safety notices, a bilingual team lead.
